Q : Which cities do you cover today?
A : At present we cover only Bangalore (Bengaluru) city.

Q : What kind of furniture do you rent?
A : We rent all kinds of solid wood furniture. Please check our product page for more details.

Q : Do you rent home appliances?
A : Yes we do rent home appliances. We rent LCD Televisions, Refrigerators, Washing Machines etc. Please check our product page for more information.

Q : Is there a minimal rental period?
A : Yes. 1 Month.

Q : Is there a deposit for the rentals?
A : Yes. It varies with contract type. A 6-month contract would require a deposit of 1 month rent; a 12-month would require 2 month’s rent and so on. 

Q : Is the deposit refundable?
A : Yes. Deposit is 100% refundable except in two cases (1) breaking the rental agreement contract & (2) damages to the furniture.

Q : What if I break the rental agreement contract?
A : You would forfeit your deposit.

Q : When is the rent due?
A : Rent is due before the 5th of every month. Rent is paid in advance with the first month rent collected on day one.

Q : How should I pay the rent?
A : A few options - (1) By post-dated cheques for the length of the contract (2) By setting up ECS debit mandate (automatic debit) (3) By NEFT/RTGS transfer. We will work with you to setup up the right option for you.

Q : Is delivery free?
A:  Delivery is currently free with 6-month or above contracts.

Q : How clean are the furniture sets?
A: Every furniture which is returned after use is refurbished. Refurbishment involves cleaning with industrial-quality cleaning solution, disinfecting and finally repolishing or retouching. We guarantee you that our refurbished furniture would be of the same quality and finish as a fresh new set would be.
