  1. All Rent Ur Duniya products are owned by Rent Ur Duniya whose principal place of business is at 47, 2nd Main, 1st Block, BEL Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore, 560097
     
  2. Rent Ur Duniya would be the Lesser and the customer would be the Lessee.
     
  3. Furniture is rented out to lessee for a Monthly rent.
     
  4. A deposit amount from the lessee will be required for each rental. Amount to be specified in the contract.
     
  5. Rent amount needs to be paid by latest 5th of every month and is collected in advance. First month’s rent is due on delivery of the furniture.
     
  6. Rent can be paid by either Cheque or Electronic transfer. Cash would not be acceptable.
            a. Electronic Transfer via Net Banking is the preferred mode. 
     
  7. Deposit amount is required as booking amount and can be paid by Cheque or Net Banking.
     
  8. Nominal wear and tear of the furniture is expected. But any damage to the furniture due to negligence or wanton leading to replacement or repair of the furniture, the cost of which, would be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the damages/repair, then lessee would owe lesser the balance amount. The sole discretion of deciding the extent of damage lies with Rent Ur Duniya
     
  9. Lessee is expected to sign a contract. It can be monthly,three, six, twelve, eighteen or twenty-four month Rental Contract.
     
  10. Identity Proof (Copies of passport, Voter's ID Card, UID, Driving License are acceptable) and Residence Proof (Verification letter from Employer, House Rental Agreement are acceptable)
     
  11. Deposit amount is fully refundable except in two cases – (1) if the lessee breaks the Rental Contract or (2) is responsible for damages to the furniture. 
           
           a. If the Rental Contract is broken, lessee is liable to lose the deposit amount.
           b. If responsible for damages, the deposit amount would be deducted for the damages and returned.
